Scott D. Harvey practices in the areas of business law, estate planning, trust and probate administration, health care law, nonprofit law and special needs planning. He represents closely-held businesses, physician groups, nonprofit organizations and individuals in these areas of practice.

Scott was selected by the Traverse City Business News in 2008 as one of the 40 most influential people in the Grand Traverse region under the age of 40.

Scott was raised in the Traverse City area and is very active in the community in a variety of areas. He lives in the Traverse City area with his wife, Becky, and their sons, Scotty and Luke. He is an avid golfer and hockey player and serves as the assistant hockey coach at Traverse City Central High School. He also enjoys golf, reading, and wine collecting.
