Andy is an attorney in Traverse City, Michigan who represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of legal disputes, specializing in property and construction litigation.

Andy spent his initial years as an attorney practicing personal injury defense, which quickly provided extensive experience in all aspects of litigation. Currently the majority of his clients are individuals and businesses who have either been sued or need to use the judicial system to achieve a result. He frequently finds himself litigating contract disputes, property matters, LLC or Corporation disputes, and other business matters. Andy enjoys working closely with his clients to make sure the litigation strategy aligns with the client’s business or personal goals. 

Andy has developed a specialty practice in property and construction litigation. He has litigated zoning issues, boundary line disputes, easement issues, riparian issues, trespasses, and many other types of property law litigation. He maintains a blog examining real property law issues in northern Michigan. Andy has also represented many local builders and owners in construction law disputes.

Andy lives in Traverse City with his wife Jenni and their five children. He is on the Board of Directors of the Grand Traverse Conservation District and is an Elder at New Hope Community Church.
