Pete has 24 years of experience representing businesses, professionals, and families in state, probate, and federal courts throughout Michigan. 

On a daily basis, Pete represents businesses in complex litigation in cases involving catastrophic injuries, contract disputes, employment discrimination, insurance coverage, and other sophisticated litigation matters. He also defends professionals such as accountants, engineers, and lawyers against claims of malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty and negligence. 

For banks, trust officers, and families, Pete provides counsel in probate litigation. Pete’s passion for his clients plays out in courtrooms and conference rooms to equal applause. He easily balances understanding his clients' needs with thoughtful, decisive counsel to successfully champion their cause through savvy trial strategies. 

Pete is married to Anne, and together they have two children and one stepson.
